What is StudyBank and how does it help Sri Lankan students?
StudyBank (studybank.lk) is Sri Lanka's dedicated digital educational platform designed for students from Montessori up to Grade 13 (including G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L). We aggregate school past papers, provincial term test papers, chapter-by-chapter revision notes, and multiple-choice quizzes (MCQs) into an organized, cloud-accessible study workspace.
Which grades, subjects, and examination levels are covered?
StudyBank caters to all stages of the Sri Lankan school syllabus:
- Primary & Scholarship: Montessori to Grade 4 and Grade 5 Scholarship Examination papers.
- Junior Secondary: Grades 6, 7, 8, and 9 term test papers and worksheets.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L): Grade 10 & 11 core subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, Tamil, History, ICT, Commerce, etc.).
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L): Physical Science (Combined Maths, Physics, Chemistry), Biological Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Agri), Commerce, Technology (SFT, BST, ET, ICT), and Arts streams.
Are past papers and study notes available in Tamil Medium and English Medium?
Yes! StudyBank specifically caters to both Tamil Medium and English Medium students. All resources adhere to the official National Curriculum designed by the National Institute of Education (NIE) of Sri Lanka, ensuring full relevance to your school and national exams.
How can I view and download past papers and term test papers?
Once you register and log in to your Grade workspace, you can browse through subject folders in our Google Drive-powered cloud document viewer. You can read PDFs seamlessly in your browser or download them directly with their corresponding marking schemes for offline study.
How much does StudyBank membership cost and how do I activate it?
StudyBank membership is an affordable Rs. 999/- per grade per entire year. You can scan the LankaQR code with any Sri Lankan bank app or deposit funds to our People's Bank account (Account: 162-2-001-7-0028670, Jaffna University Branch).
